Holiday Ham Glaze (and Ham Heating Instructions)

While our Holiday Hams do arrive fully cooked, glazing and warming in the oven is a must if you want to enjoy the full experience. 

Our three ingredient glaze adds the touch of sweetness so often associated with holiday hams. Pepper with cloves for an extra festive flavor.

Holiday Ham Glaze


1 Cup Dijon Mustard

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Honey

Cloves Optional 


Step 1

Mix dijon, sugar and honey. 

Step 2 

Pack glaze onto ham. If desired, insert cloves into the ham's exterior at 1" intervals.

Step 3

Place ham in roasting pan, on rack. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan.

Step 4

Roast at 250℉ for 90 minutes, then increase the temperature to 350℉ and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145℉, about an additional hour.

Step 5 

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Remove cloves before carving.
