The Burger to End All Burgers

Now this is what a burger should taste like!

You may find yourself a bit upset after trying this burger, shouting to anyone who will listen, 'is this what a burger should have tasted like all these years!?' Our apologies. 

At Porter Road, we believe simple is best. You don't need to pile avocado or caramelized onions on this burger, turning it into a glorified condiment delivery system. Why? Because our burger is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days, creating a depth of flavor that can stand on its own.  


Double Burger


2 - ¼lb Pattied burgers

2 slices of cheddar cheese

1 bun


Step 1

Season patties with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Grill burgers on high heat, about 4-5 minutes per side until you get a nice char. Don't be worried by a bit of flame that will inevitably spring up as the fat begins to render and drip down. Keep the burger moving if you need to.

Step 3

To build, stack one patty on the bottom, place cheddar slice, repeat, and top with bun.

Ketchup to dip. Smile and enjoy the world’s greatest burger.
