Pork stock isn't easy to come by, which means making it at home is the way to go. Whether you're making ramen, posole, or any other number of dishes, our pasture-raised Pork Bones are the perfect place to start. Our pigs live a healthy lifestyle out in the pasture and woods of Western Kentucky, and that active life leads to pork that has more flavor in everything from the Pork Chops right down to the bones.
Other Awesome Cuts
Our Pork Bone mixture contains primarily rib bones from our pasture-raised pork. These bones are rich in marrow and connective tissue, helping you create exceptionally rich stocks.
To make a luscious tonkatsu broth, start your bones in a stock pot of cold water. Bring to a boil, then dump the water and rinse. Add fresh water and boil vigorously for 12 hours, adding more water as needed. Add noodles and top with your favorite ingredients like pork belly, soft-boiled egg, nori, and vegetables.
