Luke's raw lobster tails are flash frozen using state of the art techniques to preserve freshness and quality. Each tail is individually frozen, making it easy to thaw one at a time.
Cooking Note: For pan-searing split lobster tails, we recommend cooking over medium-high heat until meat is no opaque and shell is bright red color, approx 3 minutes per side*. Add melted butter and a lemon wedge to serve.
