The Lamb T-bone comes from the saddle of the lamb, right at the upper back. We trim it down and turn it into nice little chops that are fast and easy to cook (and eat).
You’ll first want to season with fresh herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add a little touch of olive oil to the skillet and then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Always allow the meat to rest before serving and enjoy.
