This bundle comes with a 7-8.5 lb half of a brined and smoked pasture-raised ham along with 1 lb Loose Sage Sausage,
1 lb Country Breakfast Sausage, and 1 lb Pork Bacon.
Ham comes fully cooked and unglazed. Get our glaze recipe and heating instructions. We advise putting your Half Ham in the refrigerator 2 days before serving to allow adequate thawing time.
