These T-Bones are one of the fastest ways to get our delicious pasture-raised lamb on the table. Grill or sear over high heat to enjoy an unbelievable meal in under 15 minutes. We raise our lamb right here in Middle America on a mixture of non-GMO grain and unlimited grass. This lifestyle creates a delicious piece of meat that is less gamy than your typical lamb. Lamb is packed with omega-3’s, and actually has less saturated fat than any other meat. Despite its amazing nutritional profile, lamb is consumed very little here in the United States. Stop waiting for special occasions—put lamb into your dinner rotation today.
The Lamb T-bone comes from the saddle of the lamb, right at the upper back. We trim it down and turn it into nice little chops that are fast and easy to cook (and eat).
You’ll first want to season with fresh herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add a little touch of olive oil to the skillet and then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Always allow the meat to rest before serving and enjoy.
Not just a piece of meat
