We teamed up with our friends at Spotted Trotter in Atlanta to create a line of salumi using our pasture-raised pork to bring extra flavor to their already fantastic charcuterie items. This salami includes sorhum syrup for a touch of sweetness to balance out the black pepper. This mild and peppery sausage is amazing on its own, and even better on a baguette with a thick slice of funky brie.
