Lambs may be small, but they pack a lot of flavor. We get our lamb from Rittenberry Farms in Burna, Kentucky and process it ourselves. Proper handling ensures that the meat remains flavorful without taking on gamey notes.

Our lamb has marbled Chops and Saddle T-Bones great for grilling or searing. The Shoulders, Legs, Shanks, and Ribs are all great for roasting, braising, or BBQing.
